What are the shipping costs?

Certain delivery methods are free for orders over 22,000 HUF within Hungary.
Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and the total order amount:

What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
If you’re not at home when the delivery arrives, you can choose from the following options:

Flexible pickup (within Budapest with flexible scheduling): Tourmix community couriers can deliver your package to your workplace, a friend’s address, or another location of your choice.

Notification: The community courier will contact you to arrange delivery. The Express One courier will leave a notice, and you’ll also receive an email with details for rescheduling your delivery.

Rescheduling: Based on the notice, you can arrange a new delivery time – even on the same day if possible.
How will I be informed about my order status?
We’ll keep you updated about your order status in several steps so you’ll always know exactly when your package will arrive.

After placing your order – confirmation email:Once your order has been successfully placed, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email containing the order details (products, total amount, shipping address, etc.).

When your package is shipped – shipping notification: When we hand over your order to Tourmix, you’ll receive an email with the shipping details and a tracking link. If your package is delivered by a community courier, you can choose the preferred delivery time within the provided time window in the email.
- Delivery notification:On the day of delivery, the Express One courier will send you an email indicating the estimated delivery time, while the community courier will deliver the package at one of your chosen times.
Package tracking:
With the tracking link provided in the email, you can follow your package’s journey in real time through the Tourmix system:

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders within Hungary are generally delivered within 3–5 business days, but we do our best to get your package to you as soon as possible. The exact delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method:
TOURMIX home delivery: 2–4 business days
GLS parcel locker: 2–4 business days
MPL delivery methods: 3–9 business days
If any unforeseen delays occur, we’ll notify you promptly so you always have up-to-date information about your order status.

GLS Parcel Point
For online purchases, door-to-door courier delivery is the most popular, but the proportion of personal pickup is increasing every year. Customers can conveniently collect their goods according to their own schedule at GLS Parcel Points, where cash payment is available.
GLS Parcel Points are located in easily accessible places, such as shopping centers, gas stations, bookstores, or other busy stores. Most of them have long opening hours, even on weekends, to serve customers who wish to pick up or send parcels. GLS sends an email or SMS notification to the recipient about the delivery of the goods. The customer can collect the package at any time within 5 working days, taking into account the opening hours of the GLS Parcel Point.

Parcel lockers essentially consist of a control interface with a screen and compartments of various sizes that contain the parcels. At the parcel lockers, pickup is quick – by entering the received code and our phone number, we can immediately access our order. In addition, they are available 24 hours a day.

MPL Posta Point
Why is it worth ordering to a MOL or Coop Posta Point?
- Because most MOL Posta Points are open 24 hours a day, and most Coop Posta Points are open for 12 hours, so you can pick up your package before or after work. You can check here which one is on your route.
- We notify you of the arrival of your shipment by SMS or email, whichever you prefer.
- The pickup points are easy to access.
- Parking at gas stations is simple and free.
- At most MOL and Coop Posta Points, you can also pay by bank card.
