2025 Gluten-Free Bread and Pastry of the Year competition

On October 16, World Bread Day, we received outstanding professional recognition: at the well-known gluten-free bread competition, our crescent roll and sourdough bread made from our Simple Homemade Bread Flour achieved podium placements.

With our "Mimoosa cöli" crescent roll, we won 1st place in the 2025 Gluten-Free Pastry of the Year, in the Unfilled category.

With our Mimoosa sourdough bread, we won 2nd place in the 2025 Gluten-Free Bread of the Year, in the Fresh Bread category.

With our Mimoosa sourdough bread, we also received the Bread of the Hungarians Gluten-Free Bread Competition 2025 NAK Free-From Working Group Special Award.

2025 Special FMCG Products Competition – Free-from products

At the Special FMCG Products Competition, within the Quality Free-from Products category, we became double category winners.

Our MIMOOSA Simple Homemade Bread Flour + Simple Sourdough Starter package received the Category Winner title in the Free-from Dry Goods category.

Our "MIMOOSA cöli" crescent roll – which we entered into the competition in a great collaboration with Amurex Ltd. – became the winner in the Free-from Bakery category.

We launched our family business in the autumn of 2024 with the idea of creating a product range and a connected customer community in which our most important question would always be whether what we are doing is good enough. On a similarly gloomy autumn evening, we also expressed that in our work we will always seek out the best connections. We are grateful that we have been making good progress with both of these goals so far!
