Colourful, pan-fried lecsó

Gray weekdays, colorful meals. The “Mimoosa Lecsó” doesn’t just impress with its vibrant colors but will also sweep you off your feet with its flavor.

Here's how we make it:

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 peppers
  • 3-4 tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1-2 onions
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 1-2 tablespoons oil
  • 1-2 teaspoons paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

First, chop the onions and sauté them in a little oil until translucent. When you start to smell the aroma, add the sliced peppers and zucchini, and let them cook together for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and mince the garlic. Once the vegetables begin to soften, add them to the pot. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.

Mix everything well and continue cooking over medium heat until all the vegetables are fully softened and the lecsó becomes juicy. And don’t forget to pair it with homemade gluten-free bread to complete the feast!
