Attention! The bread sourdough must be frozen! The product can be stored at room temperature in its unopened, undamaged packaging for up to 10 days without quality deterioration. After opening, it must be kept in the freezer at all times! If you choose delivery to a parcel point, please try to pick it up as soon as possible!

It’s generally recommended to consume a variety of fermented foods like sauerkraut, pickles, and kimchi, which you can even prepare at home.

Sourdough bread is also very popular, but making it requires some experience.

With our sourdough culture, you can enter a new, convenient, and hassle-free world of home baking.

Using it is very simple - just store it in your freezer - and its effects are impressive. You can effortlessly bake delicious and healthy breads, rolls, and loaves.

According to the recipe, the dough should be allowed to rise and ferment for 12-24 hours, and you can read more about how to do this below.

Ingredients: Lactic acid bacteria, selected yeast strains, inulin (plant fiber), carriers for the bacteria: maltodextrin, sucrose.

Measure the flour, salt, and sourdough starter into a mixing bowl, and mix well. Add the water, and quickly combine the ingredients into a dough using a spoon. Knead the slightly sticky dough by hand for a few minutes. Shape it into a loaf, baguette, or bread rolls as desired, and cover with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out. Let it rise at room temperature for 10-12 hours. At this point, the bread is ready to bake, but for a richer flavor and lighter texture, refrigerate the dough for an additional 10-12 hours.


Before baking, place the loaf on a floured baking sheet and score it with a sharp knife, making incisions about 1 cm deep. For a better crust, lightly brush the loaf with olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Bake at this temperature for 20 minutes, then reduce to 200°C and bake for another 30 minutes. The loaf will be even tastier if it’s baked in a steamy environment—just place a small dish of water in the bottom of the oven.


When done, place the bread on a rack and allow it to cool completely.
